Allie Chapman
Hey Everyone! My name is Allie, and I am the broker of our business that we have been growing for over 8 years. I love people, I love homes, and I love design. Helping our clients find their next place to call home is one of my greatest joys. I understand buying or selling a home is a very important decision and process. Our hope is that working with our team, you can feel comfortable knowing you are working with relatable people who make you and your real estate experience a priority. I met my husband, Sean, When I was just a baby (14yrs old) and then was reacquainted with him in college where we quickly fell in love, got married, and even more quickly started a family. We have 4 pretty great kids (and 1 more surprise baby on the way) … minus the morning arguments over toothpaste and the sock basket. We are real people, living real lives, and wanting our clients to have a real, genuine and ultimately stress-free experience. Sean Chapman
Hey, I am Sean. I am the 5th child of 13 and grew up in San Diego county. I was raised working construction along side my dad and have always loved creating a house turned to a home. My wife and I are constantly renovating and redecorating our own home and enjoying the process of creating. I have worked as a real estate agent for over 13 years and have closed thousands of transactions and helped alleviate the burdens of those going through short sales or foreclosures as well as helped friends and acquaintances (who then become friends) either sell or find their next home as well as fight for them as their greatest advocate. Devin Clark
2018 marks my 10th year in the real estate industry and almost 8 years with Chapman Real Estate Group. The journey has been fulfilling, rewarding, entertaining, and a growing experience. After purchasing a condo in 2003 and having the paperwork side of the transaction go poorly, I realized that my background made real estate a perfect fit. My degree in print management, and work experience dealing with multi-million dollar IPO’s going public, made real estate seem like a second home for me. A few years after obtaining my brokers license, I met Allie and Sean and we joined forces! I love helping people through one of the biggest purchases of their lives, knowing that we did our best to take the bumps and stresses out of a process that is notoriously stressful! I’ve lived and worked in Southern California most of my life and love that between the Chapman’s and I we know the areas well and are able to direct people to the home and place that fits their desires and needs. When not knee deep in real estate transactions, I enjoy gardening, glass bead making, spending time with my daughter traveling to other countries, and playing chauffeur to various music lessons of said kiddo.
